Ricky Martin and Martin Garrix leave an unforgettable night with a never-before-seen show on La Palma

The Isla Bonita Love Festival once again experienced a magical night, full of visual spectacle, music, love and freedom. Ricky Martin and Martin Garrix made the island of La Palma vibrate as only the greatest have done before. About 10,000 people could sing at the top of their lungs the greatest hits of the Puerto Rican and jump like never before with the powerful show of the 4 times best DJ in the world.

Ricky Martin was undoubtedly one of the missing pieces of this festival of diversity that has become a reality in this 2024 edition. The Puerto Rican singer gave a performance that made the audience fall in love with the author of emblematic songs such as ‘Livin’ La Vida Loca’, “Vente pa ca” or “La Mordidita”. With a repertoire of songs that are benchmarks in Latin music, Ricky Martin kept the audience on the move in La Palma.

To finish, the Dutch DJ culminated the night with a show of lights, fireworks and special effects never seen before on the island, giving the final closure with fireworks that illuminated the Puerto de Tazacorte with the colours of the LTGBI+ flag.

The festival also featured an outstanding performance by Chanel, whose voice and choreographies were a hit with the audience. St Pedro got the Love venue dancing with Latin rhythms, proving to be one of the great promises of music in the Canary Islands, as well as the already consecrated Ptazeta. The versatility of the festival was evident in its ability to bring together artists from different genres, creating a rich and varied musical experience.

The Isla Bonita Love Festival was not only a showcase for international artists, but also a platform for local talent. Orribo, Ferchos and Macaca Radiata, three emerging talents from La Palma, had the opportunity to showcase their music on an unbeatable stage. Their performances added a local touch to the event, highlighting the island’s rich musical culture and allowing attendees to appreciate the diversity of talent that La Palma has to offer.
